Order Processing and Shipping Times:
Order Processing: We promise to process and ship your order within 1 to 3 business days.
Shipping Times:
Standard Shipping: Once your order is shipped, the estimated shipping time is 5 to 9 business days.
Express Delivery: Once your order is shipped, the estimated shipping time is 3 to 7 business days.
Please note that these are estimates and may change due to external factors such as carrier delays or weather conditions.

Delivery terms:
We mainly use DHL, USPS, UPS and FedEx to ship your order. Your order will be processed at our facility and then fully fulfilled by the shipping provider. You will receive a tracking number within 24 hours so that you can track the progress of your order.
If you do not receive tracking information from us within 2 business days after placing your order, please feel free to contact us at contact@hellosheila.com.
Can I change the shipping address after placing an order?
We will start working immediately after your order is placed. Unfortunately, we are unable to change the shipping address once the goods are in transit. If you need to change the shipping location of your order, please contact us at contact@hellosheila.com within 48 hours of placing your order.
Multiple addresses:
We do not offer delivery to multiple addresses for a single order. Please place a separate order for each address you wish to have delivered. If you require assistance, please contact us at contact@hellosheila.com.
Order Tracking:
To track your order, you may visit the Track Order page and enter the tracking number or order number and email to track your order.
Undeliverable Packages:
If a package is undeliverable due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges incurred to re-ship the package.
